Itinerary

3:00 – 3:30 Intro to music

Introductory music class for students that have never played an instrument. Students will learn about what it’s like to play an instrument and basic music theory as well as rhythms

3:30 – 4:00 Beginners lessons

Private lessons for students that have just started on their instrument. Students will learn how to play simple music pieces as well as learn basic chords and scales

4:00 – 4:30 Beginners Jam  students will learn what it’s like to be a part of a band and play with other musicians. Students will learn simple band songs and basic improvisation.

   4:30 – 5:00 Intermediate lessons private lessons are for students that have been playing their instrument for a longer period of time. Here the student will learn more advanced music theory and improvisation skills.

5:00 – 5:30 Intermediate Jam students will learn and play more advanced songs. They will also learn how to communicate with band mates and compliment eachother musically to create one whole sound.

5:30 – 6:00 Advanced lessons Students that have already mastered the basic and intermediate skill level on their instrument will dive into more advanced music theory. They will also explore different music styles and chord voicing.

6:00 – 6:30 Advanced Jam Advanced jams will be for students that are comfortable with their instrument.       They will be encouraged to explore their own limits and develop their own style
